Shipping Information:

Minimum order is $25.00 before taxes and shipping.

In stock orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday using Canada Post.

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you first to determine whether you would like the rest of your order sent or held.

If merchandise total is between $25.00 and $99.99 shipping is $8.50 by Xpresspost to Ontario and Quebec and $12.99 to other Canadian provinces. (To USA $8.50). Your shipments will be insured and include online tracking through Canada Post.

Orders totalling over $100 before taxes are shipped free by Xpresspost. (Also free to USA.) Free shippping does not apply to bulk purchases or large items such as tools and looms.

NEW - you may now request to have your order shipped by the least expensive method through Canada Post. Note that tracking and insurance are not available. The actual cost will be added to your invoice. This can save you some money if you are ordering just a few beads and the package is fairly flat.

Outside Canada and US: $12.98 minimum rate

Courier rates available based on package weight, call for a quote. Large order of tools will be shipped based on weight, not order value. Rates do not apply to bulky items such as looms.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund. Please contact our order desk for a return merchandise number (RMN) before sending the item back to us. No returns on custom orders, books, magazines or cut items.
