In stock orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 days Monday to Friday using Canada Post.
If your item is out of stock, we will contact you first to determine whether you would like the rest of your order sent or held.

For merchandise totals between $25.00 and $99.99 shipping is $5.95 and is usually sent by Xpresspost which includes insurance and tracking.
Orders totalling over $100 before taxes are shipped free by Xpresspost. Free shippping does not apply to bulk purchases or large and heavy items such as tools, bead boards and looms.
Outside Canada and USA: $17.95 minimum rate
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund. Please contact our order desk for a return merchandise number (RMN) before sending the item back to us. No returns on custom orders, books, magazines or cut items.
